The shortest journey to an event
Imagine an evening with no search for the car keys, no debate about parking and no train home to catch. Your destination is already in the living room. A live event is happening elsewhere, and a headset offers a way to watch it in 360 degrees. Your sofa has not literally bought a ticket, but it is looking like a very convenient starting point.
A real event, viewed differently
Live 360-degree VR captures a real venue through a camera. Wearing a compatible headset, you can turn your head to look around the scene from the camera's position. The performance or presentation is happening in the physical room. It is a different experience from joining an avatar meeting in a computer-generated environment.
Look around without losing your place
The camera location determines your view. You do not walk freely through the venue or choose any seat you fancy. A well-positioned camera can give you a useful perspective on the stage and surroundings. Clear sound matters just as much as the picture: nobody buys a ticket to admire a microphone that is not working.
The sofa still needs a little preparation
Before the event, check the required headset and application, charge the device and confirm your account and ticket. Follow the headset instructions for a suitable viewing space. Join early enough to get comfortable, keep the event time zone in mind and take breaks when you need them. The journey may be shorter, but a last-minute flat battery is still a plot twist.
Choose the event, then check the details
A remote ticket should explain the content, viewing format and whether a replay is included. Do not assume every event has questions, recordings or the same access requirements. OowOah Live VR is designed to bring real events to compatible headset audiences. Check current listings and availability when choosing what to attend. Your evening, with a different view
Being at a venue has its own appeal. Live VR offers another option when the journey does not fit your evening. A seminar, talk or suitable performance can reach people beyond its physical audience. You bring the headset and the interest. The event brings something more interesting than another night scrolling through the television menu.
