Create your OowOah speaker account and tell us about the events, seminars or training sessions you deliver.

Access Your Admin Panel
Once approved, you’ll receive access to your admin panel, where you can create and manage your events.

Choose a Compatible Camera
Use your own compatible 360° camera or purchase a suitable camera from a supplier of your choice. It must meet OowOah Live VR’s technical requirements for your event to be broadcast correctly.

Create and Share Your Event
Add your event details, choose your ticket price and publish it. You can then share the booking link with your audience.

Go Live
Position the camera, switch it on and deliver your event as normal. OowOah handles the immersive VR broadcast and online ticket sales.

Is it free for speakers and organisers to use OowOah?
Yes. Speakers and organisers can create an account and list events with no upfront platform fee. OowOah then simply takes a small percentage from each ticket sale.
Do I need to buy a camera from OowOah?
No. You can use your own compatible 360° camera or purchase a suitable camera from a supplier of your choice. The camera must meet OowOah Live VR’s technical requirements to ensure your event can be broadcast correctly.
We’ll provide guidance on camera compatibility and setup before your first event.
Do attendees pay to join an event?
Yes. Members of the public pay the advertised ticket price for the event they want to attend. Once booked, the ticket is linked to their account for access on the day.
What equipment do attendees need?
Attendees need a Meta Quest 3 or Meta Quest 3S headset and an OowOah account to enter a live VR seminar. Attendees can buy the headset from any online or high street retailer that sells electronics. Then they only pay to attend seminars.
Can organisers sell tickets online through the platform?
Yes. OowOah supports online ticket sales so organisers can publish events, manage bookings and reach audiences in different locations through one platform.
Can events be attended from anywhere?
Yes. As long as attendees have a compatible headset, internet access and a valid ticket, they can join from almost anywhere in the world.
Can live seminars also be available after the event?
Yes. OowOah supports both live and recorded event experiences, giving organisers more flexibility and allowing audiences to access content beyond the live session where enabled.
