How should the time be agreed?
Give the date and time zone clearly, especially when participants are in several countries. Ask attendees to check their local time and leave enough preparation time before the conversation. A shared virtual room does not remove differences in working hours.
What does each person need?
Every participant needs their own Meta Quest 3 or Meta Quest 3S. The business creates the meeting and adds attendees in the admin panel, after which OowOah emails invitations. Only the business needs an OowOah account for this invitation arrangement.
