The cost to use OowOah is £12.99 per Headset Space/month. Add unlimited users across your team, clients and guests, with access based only on how many people are in VR at the same time (not how many users).
Example: 5 Headset Spaces = £64.95/month. Includes unlimited VR meeting access, full-screen presentations, AI transcripts, personal notes, large virtual screens, Quantum Leap remote perspective sharing, and cancel anytime. Meta Quest 3 or 3s headsets are required and purchased separately.

Yes. Every participant needs a Meta Quest 3 or Meta Quest 3S headset to join and take part in OowOah VR Meeting Rooms.
Can we manage our own team access?
Yes. Each organisation receives a secure account so administrators can manage users, permissions and meeting access from one central dashboard.
What is Quantum Leap used for?
Quantum Leap lets a real-world first-person view stream directly into the VR meeting, making it ideal for site visits, demonstrations, inspections and live training.
Is there a monthly cost to use the platform?
Yes. Monthly pricing is based on the total number of headset spaces your organisation needs, not the total number of staff. For example, your business may have 50 staff, but if no more than 15 people are in meetings at any one time, you only need to pay for 15 spaces.
